Customized Business Plans

Personal advocacy is invaluable. There’s rarely a one-size-fits-all approach. My customized, 1:1 workshops focus on the biggest business challenges you’re facing today, because the strategies that will work for you are unique.

We’ll hit the highlights and must-knows, but we’ll focus on your areas you need the most support.

Let’s Dig In.

Before each workshop, we start by establishing the amount of time you can realistically and sustainably dedicate to streamlining the marketing and operations of your business. Our time together revolves around creating an execution plan that fits within those restraints.

Realistically, most new strategies have a heavy front end push before you can go on autopilot. Some DIY-ers revel in this, but for others, it’s a headache. I get it. You have the option to leave with the rule book (i.e. the workshop itself), but I also offer solutions where this front end push is handled for you.

I primarily work with three types of entrepreneurs, and my workshops are tailored to the needs of each of these go-getter. Maybe you’re somewhere in between? Let’s chat.

Each workshop is truly customizable based on your needs and budget.

The Dream Chaser

This smaller investment package fits the needs of the entrepreneurial side-hustler. The one who’s still juggling a full-time job with big dreams to transition into a full-time business owner.

The “Dream Chaser” package is focused on arming you with the tools you need for strategic exploration. This means helping you understand what’s involved in creating a small business plan, why each piece is necessary, and how the different components piece together to create a strategy.

Essentially, our focus together is giving you the tools and frontend knowledge to create and dream strategically.

We cover the essentials, but prioritize goal setting. We explore the numbers you need to hit to scale your side project into a full-time gig and we focus on how to achieve those goals with effective strategies so you understand when you can actually expect to make the jump.

This package is a good fit for most transitioning entrepreneurs, but to get the most of our time together, it’s ideal if you’re starting with a platform and have already established some kind of online presence. (e.g. a website, social page, Etsy page, etc.).

The Early Entrepreneur

Most of my workshops fall into the “Early Entrepreneur” category.

With this package, we take a deeper dive into each component that makes up an effective marketing or operations strategy then use your data and audience insights to create a real-time plan and recommendations.

You leave with an understanding of how to apply new strategies to real business problems you’re faced with now, and the tools to solve them on your own following our time together.

Our focus is maximizing the time and money you’re already spending on your business, which includes uncovering blindspots.

The “Early Entrepreneur” is a fit for small businesses who have a basic understanding of their target and have some existing data to explore.

The Knee-Deep Hustler

The worst ending to a workshop is when you learn something useful, go back to your day-to-day, and make absolutely no changes. You sit on the information and eventually, it falls into the black abyss of your mind, along with the periodic table and mathematical theories.

This happens to entrepreneurs who have too much on their plate, are overwhelmed by “new,” or simply don’t have the skills to tackle the subject matter.

The purpose of my workshops are to empower you, not add to your plate. If taking the rule book and executing items like your sales funnel, media plan and creative isn’t your style, you’re going to want a package that takes you a bit further.

With the “Knee Deep Entrepreneur” package, we cover the same marketing and operations strategies as in the “Early Entrepreneur,” using your data to solve your problems in real time, but you get a heavier frontend assist.

You have the opportunity to leave with more substantial deliverables - as many or as few as you need. This package is for the busy entrepreneur that needs it all.
